Raynproof installed new roof for my father about 5 years ago. After a recent leak, we called them to come out to the house to evaluate and give estimate on repairs. The field rep not only would not go in attic to check sheathing for damage, they would not provide estimate for repairs! David / Dan (owner) said they do NOT work for free and are not in the business of providing Free evaluations. THEN, they would not even provide a copy of original work order for new roof they installed. Now they will not even return phone calls. These guys are a JOKE, use a company with decency and people skills. Not one that writes their own reviews every few months to "look good".
