I had work done to my dog and was told it would be a certain amount so I paid it. Then I get a bill in the mail for $60. When I called to ask about it they said the tech that wrote it up didn't add something on the bill so I owed that. They wouldn't admit it was their error and take it off. They wanted me to bring in the bill that said what they quoted me, even though they new what they had because they said they forgot to add it on. They were very rude and unprofessional. RIPE OFF!!!!!
