He gets one star for being a great liar. He kept my ring for months and always had an excuse as to why it was not ready. Doug Ballard took my ring and removed the diamonds and replaced them with fakes and made a different setting and thought I wouldn't notice it. I returned the ring to Jared where it was purchased and they affirm it was not the same ring I purchased and he removed the real stones.
