I wrote a review previously which I see has been taken off. I couldn't afford the $80.00 emergency visit. My dog was sick and I explained my situation, asking if I could be billed for one week. I have always been charged between $300-400.00 per visit for 2 dogs, which I have always paid. I was turned away because I did not have cash or a charge card available. The office manager called me because of the review I had written and said I would only be charged the $55.00 for the visit. De. Plein, even ask me about it during the exam. When I get to the counter to check out, I have been hit with a bill for $196. plus change! If I didn't have the $80.00, what made you think I had $200.00? I have a very thight budget, obviously the doctor and is staff have unlimited funds and $200.00 is a pitence to them, but now I have checks bouncng at $34.00 eachservice charge. I will not return to your office. I called the manager, Peggy wo stated she would tell the doctor of my complaint and they would get back to me! Ha, that never happened. I want my dogs records so I may take them to another vet. I never asked for charity, I just ask for a little help. If you aren't the BIGGEST SCROOGE!!!
