Called for service appointment and given 1:15 pm on Dec. 07th. Arrived at 1:00 pm. after waiting 1 hour. called my husband to pick me up. After 4 hours arrived back at service dept. and told that they had not started on my car. They then rushed the car in and did a half ass 30,000 mile service did not even change the filter. Then had the nerve to charge me. Felt I had been mislead about 30,000 free service when I purchased the Camry XLE. So sad that they will never have another change to sell me a car or service my current car. Plans were to trade in March but it will be with someone else not Rick Hendricks Toyota.
