My wife and I spent almost $1,000 on one item and delivery charges at the store and were told it would be delivered in a week. The salesperson had checked inventory levels and apparently all was fine. On the scheduled delivery date the item was not delivered so we called the manufacturer and discovered that now the item is on back order. We called the store and discovered that the delivery date is only an estimate and that the item would be sent sometime next week.
We are disappointed in the rush to take our money but sluggishness in actually delivering the product and also that WE had to initiate a conversation with the store/manufacturer. As new home owners, we'll be taking our business elsewhere in the future.
