Very poor. I was interested in a Scion tC, asking for the Carfax several times. They managed to change the subject and talk me into putting a down payment of $100 without seeing the Carfax. After getting home, I remembered that I had asked for a Carfax several times and forgot about it so I looked it up. The car had a lemon title. I asked for my $100 down payment back - MN law states you are entitled to it. A salesman claimed to be the general manager when I asked to talk to the owner - the person who is listed as their BBB contact. The salesman (pretending to be the General Manager) stated they don't mail the payments out until the end of the month. A month later, I called them back asking for it again letting them know that I had contacted the BBB and the attorney general's office. They asked me to come in. I came in and they told me "the person who can give the money back is out today." I asked when he would be in. They told me the next day. I drove back the next day (an hour drive each way). I had to make a scene in the lobby before they finally gave me my money back. BUYER BEWARE. GET A CARFAX BEFORE PUTTING MONEY DOWN! I will NEVER do business with them again and will make sure no one I know ever will either. BUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE!!!!
