I had to pay for services in advance in order for my treatments to commence - half way through it I had concerns and lost confidence in the dentist and work performed, terminated my relation and requested a refund of monies collected (not just pocket change) for future work and products. No amicable solution after two months, now filing complaints with customer friendly local and state agencies, and possibly starting litigation sooner than later. Not a business I recommend!
