Frank T. replaced a thermal coupler on our hot water heater this evening and he was incredibly efficient, polite, and genuinely friendly. Because of Frank, my husband and I plan to purchase Cranney's maintenance service and request that Frank be Cranney's official representative. Thanks again, Frank, for such excellent service!
