I took in a white sweater and pre-paid almost eight dollars to have it cleaned. They barely made a dent in the dirt that was on the sweater. They told me it was stained. I don't know how the dirt was fresh on the sweater. Now I have to take it to my cleaner back home in Gainesville, FL where I live to get it cleaned. It's as if they didn't even try :-((
