Her set up in home is very comfortable and professional. However, she did not complete the alterations discussed prior to the appointments which required me to attend two additional appointments, with the alterations ( bust, lace-up and panel) not being done until the week before. This just added to the anxiety. She kept saying everything would be fine and the bust ended up being a great fit (strapless) however when she did the final fitting with the panel roughly laced it up and said it was great, and based on the rough lace up it did look okay. However, the day of when we were doing it we realized the panels were not wide enough at all and you can see gaps in skin in all my wedding pictures - very sad :( It doesn't make sense why she wouldn't have made them wider to begin with it wouldn't have affected anything. Instead I was messing with it and adjusting it all day long. If you do go with her, get everything finalized WAY in advance and make sure you put it on perfectly! if you need changes last minute then I would take it back. I thought maybe I was being picky but my new sister in law told me after the fact that she didn't want to worry me but has a friend that also went to her and was very disappointed as well. She is nice but I don't agree with the other reviews that she keeps things less expensive - mine was as much as going somewhere else.
