My fiance proposed two week before he left for Afghanistan and since he left I have had a few mishaps with my ring. Not anyone's fault- the pave' setting of the diamonds makes my ring a bit fragile. I am also in the military and stationed in Texas. I called Andrew's and explained my story and that I had two side diamonds fall out within a few weeks time. I sent my ring up and they looked at it and replaced the stones and laser welded the prongs to hold in the diamonds better- and I didn't have to pay for anything! I work most closely with Jason and he was wonderful! He kept me in the loop through every step of the process and was gracious and just great. It took about two weeks to fix everything and they over-nighted my ring back to me and it looks stunning! I think it looks better than when I first got it!
