Bob R has been my seasonal service tech for several years. He is always on time, clean and courteous. He is familiar with my heater and a/c and knows exactly what needs to be done and recommends additional services that are needed or that I may be interested in. He has also come when I had problem and he reassured me that the problem was resolved. I believe is he trustworthy, knowledgeable and an asset to his company.
