The owner rescheduled me three times and then told me - through his secretary - that he had larger jobs to fulfill instead of mine. When I asked to speak to the owner directly and asked him if he was going to show up or should I get someone else, he told me I was threatening him and that "my little roofing problem is not my concern anymore. I just signed a huge condo deal and I don't need your stupid little job." Then he hung up on me. This was 3 weeks after he had promised to fix the issue.
