This day was to be the first day of my much needed vacation. I awoke to my husband trying to manage the downstairs toilet not flushing well. Our decision without question was to call the plumber we have used in the past. That happened to be the Buffalo local service Roto-Rooter. The gentleman that arrived was very professional and understanding to our situation. He advised us as to a better choice of toilet paper to use and even cleaned up after himself. That was a big surprise to me, how many other services can you remember doing that? Our day was saved and now it is a great relief to have a perfectly functioning flush toilet again.
