Good: The shampoo that the young lady gave me!. Bad: The owners attitude. She make it seems like somebody owe's her something and then I understand that she is spiritual and what not but nobody always want to hear that every-time you walk in. She doesn't have faith or confidence in her employee's! She knows nothing about the business aspect of the company.. Improvements: Her attitude sucks maybe if she changes it she will gain more clientele and her business may increase!. Other: I will not be going back there at all and the young lady who shampooed my hair was GREAT! But like they say once bad apple will ruin the bunch!. more
