I have used them for the past two years and had the best service. I'm not sure what happened to there service this year though. I had an appointment came in had to wait forever. The staff was so unorganized and my tax person kept getting up to help everyone else. I felt I was a burden and taking up there time. I was given a date my return would come in and called to confirm multiple times that my return was filed the date they told me cause IRS website was giving me a different dat. I was assured I would get my money on time. Come to find out that was wrong now I have to wait longer for my refund!! After my experience this year I will not be coming back!! I will no longer refer people I know. Totally unorganized!!!!
