I ordered 2 pairs of heels. Never got a confirmation email. But my credit card was credited. (Which by law they must ship items as soon as they take the $) So I called their customer service, spoke to a lady. (She was pretty professional) She said my order was still being processed. Shocked, I thought; ok, fine ill give them til Friday. So I decided to ask if the sizes were available. She checked, and one pair of my heels is on backorder. It's going to take an extra 5-7 days. Good thing I asked! They probably wouldn't have contacted me to tell me. Because I don't think they have a very good customer service to consumer communication. I personally am not in a too much of a hurry for my heels, since I got warmer season styles. But for someone wanting their shoes in a timely matter, this could be very upsetting.
So FAR I'm giving them 3 stars. Will update after i receive my order.
Just FYI I asked and it takes 3 business days for them to process an order.
