I went to pick up my friends dog, because her flight was delayed. She had called and paid over the phone for his weekend visit to camp bow wow. Not only did they NOT ask for my ID (I was on their approved pick up list, but still!) they made me pay again for the stay! Over 200$. My friend was on a plane, and I reachable, but I knew she had paid already. They would not let me take the poor thing home, without "payment." I asked to speak to the "manager" who became volatile over the phone talking about how horrible her customers were. She wouldn't even accept my solution of copying my drivers license and credit card until they could figure out what was wrong with their system. The only option was pay, or drive back (an hour in the car both ways with traffic) the next day. I told her that was not acceptable to me, and the MANAGERS response was "DOES THIS MAKE YOU HAPPY, TO TALK TO ME THIS WAY?!" excuse me? I'm the customer. I was not being rude (even though it would have been warranted!). You're trying to steal money, making me feel like a thief for not wanting to shell out $200 for my friends pet who was already paid for? Don't use camp bow wow! She continued to make me feel like I was stealing services from them, I paid and left. They need new management, and a better system. Oh yeah, the poor dog had hardly eaten a thing all weekend and couldn't wait to get out of there. Would NOT reccomend.
