The floor drain in the laundry room was completely clogged and was backing up into the family room. I called Roto-Rooter at about 10 a.m. on Wed. and was told they would contact their associate who was working in my area a.s.a.p. Within 15-20 min. I got a call back telling me that someone would be out within the hour! He arrived within perhaps half an hour, assessed the problem, talked to me about what needed to be done and the cost. Within minutes he was working on the clogged drain, and within about an hour or so he was finished. He was friendly, polite and told me how this occurs and what I could do to prevent it from happening again. He also left me with a bottle of their drain cleaner and instructions on how and when to use it. I was very pleased with not only the friendly service but also how very quickly they responded and followed through with completing the job. I had called another company and they simple took my phone number and said they would call me back. By the time they did so, the Roto-Rooter service man was already on his way!
