Bad: Not only did he not put dirt under the sod like we had established in the contract, he installed my bricks so poorly the metal brace surrounding the bricks is about an inch higher than the brick AND the bricks are not level. as it is dangerous for my kids to walk on, i asked another contractor to fix his mess and he told me in order to install it correctly, he'd have to re-lay the patio. when he stained my fence, he painted OVER the ornamental handle and hinges. he took no time to do the job with quality.. Other: please, find another contractor and spend a little extra money to get the job done right the first time..
