I did an online search to find these guys. The years of ranking best of... in the City Paper and the close proximity to my home made it an easy choice to try them. I dropped off my car and agreed to the inspection charge($40.00 more than competitors), and was convinced they would do a great job. Four days later, no work was done on my car, and they still charged me the fee for the diagnostic(which was poorly explained and written, by a man who liked to make up nicknames for me).
I will never go there again. Overpriced and horrible service.
