This company has unethical and fraudulent business practices, from lying with regard to the "Bid Proposal" to not providing a full estimate of the total cost of the job, nor providing an invoice explaining each part of the job they did. Furthermore, they failed to get a permit to do the job in my city and did not register with my city.
