I had a problem with my AC unit and I was worried I would get gouged, talked into a new system, or buying parts I didn't need. Mike was great, while he did pass on some legitimate recommendations on how to improve my system I didn't feel pressured that he was trying to "up sale" me. Mike quickly fixed my AC problem, it turned out to be a fuse I didn't know existed, and checked my entire system for what I would expect to pay someone just to come to my house. I would use this business again and recommend it to anyone....hint, this review. My only disappointment is that we will more than likely be moving from Cincinnati soon and I finally found a great HVAC business.
