I just wanted to say a BIG Thank You to the West Herr BMW Group In Rochester NY. Everyone from their sales team to service department deserve all the credit in the world. They made my experience more enjoyable then any other dealerships on W. Henrietta Rd. None of that high and low game, good-cop bad-cop. Just straight figures and numbers. In the end, I had two options....two cars, at two different dealership....Guess Who didn't get a review from this guy?
