Experience was less than what one expects from a Westin Hotel. The bellmen did not even offer to take our bags to our room, first room we were in we could not get our cell phones to call out, and could not even call each other in same room, they brought us a key to a different room and told us to check it out. Our phones would work there, but we moved our own baggage - they never offered and acted like they never had phone problems, when their employee said they had lots of problems on that side of the building. Last day there, beds were made, but dirty wash cloths were left in bathroom. Had to call more than once for towels, coffee cups, etc. Very unacceptable for a Westin. Room size was nice for NYC, been there many times and would probably not choose this hotel again. Expected more out of a four star hotel.
