Steve was able to locate the car of my choice and made arrangements to have the car transported to your dealership. He kept me apprised of the transaction from the beginning to the end and answered all of my phone calls in a timely matter. All of the paperwork was completed before I arrived to sign the documents and I was able to complete the whole deal in one hour. Edgar Ceniceros is my Service Advisor and he also does a great job in taking care of our Mercedes. He is always there to meet me at an appointment and gives me status calls throughout the day.
