I just had some plumbing work done on my apartment by Andy On Call and I was very impressed with the work and how smoothly the entire process went. Bob, the owner, was very helpful on the phone and the plumber went so far as to explain to me what to do in the future if anything broke or seemed off. He was very professional. It turned out I had a lot more wrong with my pipes than anticipated; he had to stay longer than planned, but did so with no extra charge. The plumber made sure I was happy with all of the work and was very thorough. Bob even followed up with me on how the work went.
