I am writing to tell you how much I appreciate your receptionist, Susie. She impresses me each time I speak with her as she handles my phone call or when I happen to be in the showroom. I again witnessed her very efficient and friendly manner while waiting on my car to be serviced on June 2nd. Another customer, also in the waiting area, stepped into the showroom before returning to her seat. At the time, Susie was busy with another customer. I noticed how quickly Susie came to check on the woman to ask if there was anything she could do for her. It was another example of how well Susie handles her position. I believe your recepctionist is a great asset to the dealership.
