Loved this shop when I first started shopping there shortly after it opened about 4 years ago. Then the warmth, friendliness and helpfulness started to decrease. Last time I shopped there, about 2 years ago, I felt very unwelcomed - almost like I was interferring with Angela's time - and vowed to never return....and I have not. Instead, I found Granny's Yarn Shoppe in Islip.This is THE MOST welcoming shop I have ever frequented. There is a HUGE selelction of yarn, patterns and notions. And the staff? Well, I cannot say enough of Granny and Misti. They wrote the book on customer service. I always feel at home there and always get all the help I need on the spot. Give Granny's a try...you will not be sorry!
