Plumbing from Buffalo Grove showed up on time. Tom did a nice job of telling me the options. I selected the tankless w/h. The issue is I ended up The waterheater went out. ABC at the hospital that afternoon and could not sign the paperwork. Tom actually called me at the hosiptal to get authorization on the credit card. He returned the next morning as the water was not hot enough. I had decided to become a preferred customer which cost addition but paid back in a discount. He stated I was too late as I would have had to sign the night before. He could call for a c/c authorization but yet not the plan. This reaks of the airlines, they charge to ship your bag but when the loose it you dont get yout $25 back. I would not use them again
