I've been in a Group Fox building for 3 years and just renewed my lease for another because I love my apartment and have had only great experiences with my maintenance guy and the office... I can call Julian (maintenance guy) directly and he has always been so great about coming to take care of any maintenance issues. And the people at the office have always been wonderful too so no complaints there...but then again, I've managed to always pay my rent online... I definitely agree that a management company should be held responsible for their buildings and any problems... but speaking for myself, they've been great landlords!!
