Good: Absolutely nothing.. Bad: Rude staff, long lines, wasn't really climate controlled for the price WAS NO BARGAIN!. Improvements: New staff, lower prices, better parking lot so customers can easily get to and from location.. Other: Current staff is horrible and they act like you are bothering them. If you have any issues with your storage unit or account heaven help you because you get treated like scum and garbage. It's NOT worth the free month whatsoever.
They've lost me as a customer and I'll go to a competitor from now on..
