Purchased my 1st car from Joe Spitz at Carter last week and it couldn't have gone any smoother. Joe ruins the profile of the "typical" car purchasing experience....it wasn't painful and drawn out. I told Joe the price I had in mind, said he'd run it up the flag pole and he was back in less then 5 minutes and I had a price that worked for me. I've purchased many cars over the years and had enough contact with the cheesy and disingenuous salesperson to know that Joe is the rare exception. Joe's a straight shooter and if it wasn't for the fact I had lost me drivers license on the way there he would have had me out of the dealership with my car in about 1 hour. Couldn't be happier.
