"I purchased my 5 series from Beverly Hills BMW and have been disappointed with the maintenance service. For three months I have had to add coolant to the engine, two different times I had the car in at Beverly and every time they said there was nothing wrong. There has been other things as well. Amie and Ace are my new team and Pacific BMW will be my new dealership. Amie is truly customer service, she even gave me a restaurant recommendation in the area. I told her she should sell cars, who wouldn't want to buy a car from her!
