We have rented a townhome from Hill and CO and I cannot say enough great things about them. Henry and his staff are so polite and friendly. When we moved in we saw all the great improvemnets thet had made from the new stove top to the additional lighting in the stairwell and the new flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms. we had one issue so far with some plumbing and broken window, I called henry 1st thing in the morning and by the time I got home BOTH items were resolved. VERY HAPPY with them!!! Maybe the reason other people had problems with them was because they themselves were the problem...
