The reluctant used auto shopper, my experience Ted and his team changed that. After making my purchase, I found my anntena was broke and most significantly the drivers seat head rest was agravating my neck injury from many years ago. Ted handled the anntena repair and Brian did his magic on my driver seat headrest. The headrest was not constructed to be adjusted, however, Brian would not give up problem solving this. Needless to say, I drove away from the dealship with my headrest repositioned and a smile on my face. Thank you for a special kind of customer service!!
