Hillel was extremely conscientious; and kept me up to date on the progress of the repair at all times including weekends (via email and phone). While the repair did take a little longer (3 months mostly due to my insurance co not wanting to pay for the car to repaired by ppl authorized by Audi - which insured that the work would be warranted). In the end my car was as good as new. The insurance co tried to pressure me to get the repairs done elsewhere and it was clear they did not care that my car had to repaired to spec in order to be completely safe in addition to preserving its resale value. Remember, insurance is exactly that, and while at the time I was a bit inpatient, in the end I'm grateful Hillel took the time to make sure my car was restored to its original condition.
