These guys are great. I had a problem with my Camry bluetooth system, and this was the only dealer I could find who fixed it. One other dealer was fully honest and said they had no clue how to work on the bluetooth system, another lied to me and tried to tell me the system worked fine. The service guy at Toyota of Irving sat down with me in the car, and took the time to let me show them what was wrong - the microphone would not register any voice commands, so you couldn't even pair a phone. They fixed the problem (a disconnected microphone) in minutes. These guys listen to the customer!
