We purchased hardwood flooring from Carpet One and had our own installers. The flooring was a good price but any other things you might need to purchase for the installation are extremely overpriced...go other places for the adhesive, etc.
Also, be prepared ...the salesperson that helps you is basically the only one that knows what is going on with your order. They probably need a better record keeping system.
Other salespeople there seem to be a bit confused when asked to check on things.
But, everyone trys to be helpful and are nice to talk to. Our salesperson, Gary, was extremely patient with us and helped us to pick out the best floor for us. We would go back there because of his expertise in flooring.
