Of all the vendors I worked with during the wedding process, my florist was the most frustrating. At any other time, their service would not have bothered me so much, but, as any bride will tell you, it was so stressful during wedding planning, and it just made it worse to not feel confident in one of the experts you hire to help you. The service was scattered and I never received a final receipt for my flowers, as their computer was not working, yet I was assured I would be sent one. They insisted that we change the delivery time to what I thought was way too early, but agreed to it, assuming they knew best as far as schedules and timelines for a wedding day, etc. I was expecting this "setting-up" so early to include putting the flowers into the room I'd be getting ready in, or refridgerating the ones that needed to be. The only thing they did was place the flowers on the floor near the entrance to the building. I would have much rather had them come later so they could show me which flowers belonged to whom, as the labels and baggies drove me crazy, or just BE there to assist the nervous and helpless bride who knows nothing about flowers. Walking into the church to see that my flowers had been sitting on the floor for an hour, with a note that said to place into a fridge asap, and take boutoneirs out of bag or they'll wilt, made me go through the roof. Not only that, 3 of the boutoneirs fell apart during the ceremony, and I heard they were really hard to pin on. I was just so embarrassed! My now-husband insisted on confronting Bloomtastic about how awful the service was and how upset it made me, but I am not the confrontational type, and wanted to just let it go. When we dropped the rented vases off, the girls there were super unfriendly, and never once asked if we "liked the flowers, how'd they turn out, how was your wedding"...nothing. It was just so weird and rude! I make mistakes all the time, but not 5 or 6 in a row. And being rude to me in the store was the last straw that made me write this more
