Don't expect to be seen at your appointment time at this practice. My average wait time in the waiting area alone has been 45 minutes. When called back to the room, it's usually another 15 - 20 minutes. Dr Berman is an amazing surgeon. It's just sad his front office can not follow his lead. I think there are too many doctors sharing the same staff and space....
