I am an avid Beauty Brands shopper...but will REFUSE to go to this location from now on. Customer Service is awful. The Manager Melissa is rude and disrespectful. I had an appointment scheduled to get a cut and they lost my appointment. I took off work to get it done and they couldn't get me "in". Manager wouldn't fix the problem. Awful, awful place. STAY AWAY!
