I recently purchased a Sealy mattress from Ingrassia. They say it is not defective but it is lumpy and uncomfortable. I paid 1100 dollars and they refuse to do anything. Ingrassia told me to call the manufacturer. I did that and was told (by Sealy) I should buy from a company that stands behind their sales. They said there are several companies in the Rockford area who provide a comfort guarantee. I am very disappointed in Ingrassia.
