The hotel is located near the historic district, but is across busy US 1 (also known as Ponce de Leon Blvd) so walking to the historic area wasn't an option for us with our four small children. The city just built a new parking garage behind the chamber of commerce, though, so driving into the city and finding a parking space wasn't as difficult at it once was. The price was outstanding for a suite that slept six people - especially with our AAA discount. I think the management must have either remodeled the hotel since the last reviews I'd read, or they have greatly improved their cleaning/customer service. I would highly recommend this hotel and will look forward to staying here again in the future.
