Good: Initally the car. Bad: Deceptive in agreement, told car had 3 mo, 3000 mi warranty, then to not because car had 120k mi. Had issue less than a week of having car and had to threaten lawsuit to get it fixed. today 2574 later had same problem this time due to improper installation caused failure resulting in another $150 out of pocket on 5/17, plus $125 towing in addition to the original $213 paid Capital KIA to fix the problem the first time on 2/11. All they do is pass the buck and hide behind phones vs addressing the problems.. Improvements: I would not recommend Capital KIA to my worst enemy. Hire sales people and service people with ethics and people skills.. Other: Capital KIA you owe us $488, not cpunting time, aggravation and having a car out of use multiple times..
