They were very accurate about how long the service would take, allowing me to walk around the nearby plaza and do some shopping while they worked on my vehicle. When I came back to check on it( a bit earlier than what i was promised), they told me it would be another 30 mins. I decided to wait in the customers' lounge...the air conditioning, tv and massage chairs were great!
