I recently had my Toyota serviced at Sloane. Made the appointment two days in advance, arrived on time and asked to switch my snow tires, with my supplied tires, check out the (TPMS) tire pressure monitor system. (this is the device that measures air pressure in the tires) and adjust the emergency brake. I arrived at 10 am and left at 3:00. After paying for the service, I found out that they never adjusted the brake and the TPMS light is still on, on the dash. So basically I waited 5 hours for them to switch 4 tires. This is not my idea of service. I will never have my car serviced there again. If you do consider yourself warned.
