Everyone is friendly, the place is clean and nice. I love that I can book through email or phone. Have had issues not being
notified when an appointment is cancelled, I've showed up twice to be told
my appointment was cancelled hours earlier. But the staff is nice and
usually offers some sort of compensation for my troubles (I drive from
Billerica or Worcester). Otherwise, I rarely wait long for my appointment
and they've been forgiving if/when I show up late.
