Good: The beautiful selection of ceramic tiles to pic from.. Bad: I bought my first vacation home, a condo in OC, MD. We spared no expense and remodeled with new carpet, new cabinets, granite counters, custom made beach furniture, paint, and then the problem, the ceramic flooring bought and to be installed by homeworks carpet one in OC, MD. I give them a key to the condo to do the work in my absense. I get a call the floors done and I drive my 4hrs to see it. At 1st sight the floor was gorgeous, then I noticed a spot on the grout, when I scooped it up with my finger nail,. Improvements: My floor removed and reinstalled and 50% compensation for all the failed attempts.. Other: There was no final walk through after the 3rd regrout which resulted in retaliation from them by rescinding their origianal offer to reimburse us $1825.00 out of the $5000.00 we paid because we wanted the floor redone in addition to deserved compensation..
